- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste, working closely with the purchasing team to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as PM Hotel Group's high standards for food quality and presentation.
