Job Summary:

LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a IOP office setting. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Process billing information and collect payments when required
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Travel to additional sites when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
  • 2 years of previous experience as a phlebotomist
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
