Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative
Contract Duration: 4 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established protocols.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, building trust and confidence.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, commitment to process excellence, and a high level of confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and team members.
Requirements:
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
