Psychiatrist Director of Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services

At Tal Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to lead our Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Integrated Outpatient Adult Services and general outpatient psychiatric services.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate all staff within the Behavioral Health Services department.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary leadership team to enhance service integration and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate a strong academic interest in teaching and supervising psychiatric residents.
- MD degree and board certification in Psychiatry.
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Current New York State Medical License, Medicaid number, and DEA number.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
