Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review daily production schedules and preparation requirements provided by the Chef.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
  • Maintain accurate production worksheets and waste logs.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed meals to ensure taste and presentation.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment following departmental protocols.
  • Store, label, and date all food items in compliance with company policies.
  • Adhere to HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
  • Take customer orders and prepare items that require quick preparation.
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Complete orders from various food stations.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
