Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team at Beemac Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales leadership, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
