**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the productivity of the Depal equipment is efficient and safe, and that production runs are produced in a timely manner.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Depal and support equipment according to production standards and schedules.
  • Manage flavor changeovers, package changeovers, bottle changeovers, line startups, and runouts.

**Essential Job Responsibilities:**

  • Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and monitor the quality of product produced during production runs.
  • Change over the Depal and assist with changeovers throughout the line.
  • Comply with all quality standards and protocols.
  • Monitor the production of the Depal and tend to any adjustments that need to be made during the production process.
  • Work with maintenance to resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning up any fluid spills immediately, keeping all walkways and workstations clear of debris, following safety guidelines, and reporting any unsafe practices or environment to the shift supervisor and/or management.
  • Use the Lock Out Tag Out procedure and never ignore the process prior to making adjustments to the equipment.
  • Provide real-time feedback to the shift supervisor to assure that production schedules are followed and completed on time.
  • Assure that all documentation (production recipe logs, traceability records, WIP sheet) is complete and accurate and filed appropriately.
  • Follow the alert protocol of assessing, reporting, or escalating.
  • Interpret written SOPs or instructions.
  • Comply with all Food Safety Initiatives and perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Wear common Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Cross Contamination Prevention Program are being followed at all times.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

**Work Environment:**

  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed.
