Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Saint Agnes Medical Center Careers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive health care services to patients with cardiology-related conditions
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in cardiology
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Master's degree preferred)
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of California
- Current DEA licensure
- Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Valid ACLS healthcare provider certification
- Successful completion of SAMC Medical Staff credentialing process within 60 days of hire (preferred)
- Previous experience working with cardiology patients (preferred)
