Responsibilities- Provide health care services to the cardiology patient population under the supervision of the Director Telemetry & Cardiovascular Services.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from a certified Nurse Practitioner accredited program.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Valid American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) healthcare provider certification.
- Successful completion of SAMC Medical Staff credentialing process within sixty (60) days of hire.
- Previous experience working with the cardiology patient population is preferred.
