Job Summary

As the Azure Cloud Solutions Specialist for the US Public Sector Federal Business, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of NetApp's Azure cloud portfolio across accounts in the US Federal Territory. Your primary responsibility will be to understand market pressures faced by customers and map NetApp's Azure-related cloud technology to solve complex data problems.

You will be a results-driven, customer-focused, and technologically savvy professional with exceptional internal relationship-building and external partnership skills. While leveraging several Azure-related cloud services, your prioritized focus will be on driving revenue growth of Azure NetApp Files, a co-engineered solution between NetApp and Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disrupt customer and sales team mindsets by introducing innovative ideas that showcase NetApp's unique value proposition and drive a case for change.
  • Expand strategic customer relationships to deliver business outcomes and drive a larger impact for the customer.
  • Manage and support the team to develop and execute sales strategies that profitably grow revenues and expand the account base in target markets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technology trends and solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.
  • Experience selling to the Federal Government and a strong understanding of the US Public Sector market.
  • Adept at target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
