Job Summary

As a Guest Service Support Expert at Marriott, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests. This role requires a high level of initiative and a commitment to providing a wide range of services to ensure seamless food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support food and beverage operations by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by being proactive and taking the initiative to deliver a memorable experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
