Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Marketing Coordinator to become a vital part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for various marketing disciplines and a keen eye for branding. They should possess robust digital marketing capabilities and a proven history of successful social media management and digital initiatives. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely to ensure cohesive brand practices across all existing and future properties of Common Bond Hotel Collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility and boosting direct bookings.
  • Oversee and manage social media platforms to strengthen brand identity and effectively engage with our target demographic.
  • Work alongside on-site and/or agency partners to produce captivating and relevant content for social media channels.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and applications, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality and relevance of our social media content.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Management teams to refine campaigns and promotions, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and return on investment using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices within the hospitality sector, continuously seeking innovative approaches to enhance our digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media and digital marketing efforts, with a preference for experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns and strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
