About the Role:

SunSource, a leading value-add industrial distribution company, is seeking a skilled Fluid Power Sales Representative to join its team. As a national distributor with a local presence, we offer a unique opportunity to develop new business and work with a highly knowledgeable customer service team and supportive managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and create a sales plan to service, maintain, and grow existing industrial OEM accounts
  • Full cycle sales activities, including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or a 2-year technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power
  • ~ 5+ years industrial OEM outside sales experience
  • ~ Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products and systems is preferred
