About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Soho House & Co. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reception desk, supervising front desk agents, and ensuring seamless check-in and welcome experiences for all members and guests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and managing staff effectively. You will be required to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front desk agents and ensure seamless check-in and welcome experiences
  • Manage daily operations of the reception desk, including monitoring guest lists, VIPs, and room occupancy
  • Maintain quick correspondence to resolve guest and staff inquiries
  • Collaborate with the controller and Purchasing Manager to ensure inventory management and ordering of perishable and non-perishable items
