We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to manage our cleaning personnel and guarantee that our facilities meet client expectations.

Position Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the activities of staff engaged in the cleaning and upkeep of commercial, industrial, and medical facilities by executing the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks to team members and review completed work for adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise floor and carpet maintenance personnel.
  • Manage the distribution of supplies and equipment.
  • Address employee issues or escalate matters to the Manager as necessary.
  • Perform duties of the staff being supervised when required.
  • Directly oversee a team of 2 to 50 employees.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work activities.
  • Evaluate employee performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years of supervisory experience and expertise in floor care is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Reliable transportation is essential for consistent attendance. Candidates must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the role. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory as per contractual obligations.
