Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a highly experienced Senior Inspector to join our Water team in Orange County, California. As a Senior Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our water management projects, working closely with our clients and project teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure consistency and excellence in our work
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and project staff
  • Participate in project planning and coordination to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 10 years of relevant experience in water management or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to regularly drive to project sites
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment and distribution systems, including wastewater management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with construction document management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
