  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing, design, and executive teams to develop and implement effective social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Ideate, create, and curate high-quality content that resonates with our audience and supports our brand's messaging.
  • Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Analyze and monitor our social media performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Engagement and Community Building: Foster a strong online community by engaging with our followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains effective and competitive.
  • Set and Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of our social media campaigns, including metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Design and PR Teams: Work closely with our design and PR teams to develop and execute large- and small-scale marketing projects, including email campaigns and landing pages.
  • Program Execution and Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of our social media program, including tracking status, key deliverables, and major dependencies in accordance with our content calendar.
  • Brand Consistency and Quality Control: Ensure that all social media content is consistent with our brand's style, tone, and messaging.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and online content strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your social media marketing experience, including successful campaigns and content creation.
