Associate Digital Media Specialist

Bluewater Media is looking for a full-time Associate Digital Media Specialist to join our rapidly expanding and award-winning team

This position will work hand in hand with Account Managers and the Director of Digital Media to create the right media mix and get the strongest response within a client's budget. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive full funnel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads (PPC), Meta (Social), programmatic display, and programmatic video. Additionally, they’ll understand marketing automation and how CRM principles can power email and customer lifetime value. This role requires an understanding of audience building, creative strategy, and conversion optimization to drive both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and other social and search platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Follow best practices when implementing and optimizing campaigns.
- Knowledge of organic social media techniques and how it can be used to achieve client goals.
- Take the lead on assigned accounts and make strategic adjustments to achieve client goals and scale their campaigns.
Audience Building and Targeting:
- Utilize advanced audience building techniques to reach and engage target demographics.
- Implement retargeting strategies to nurture and convert prospects.
- Continuously analyze and refine audience segments to improve campaign performance.
Creative Development and Activation:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure that creatives align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Test and optimize creatives based on performance data.
Landing Page and Lead Capture Optimization:
- Work with the design and development teams to build optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Implement effective lead capture strategies, including forms, CTAs, and user flows.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement conversion rate improvements.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics tools.
- Adhere to weekly/monthly client budgets.
- Generate regular analysis on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, search and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and audience building.
- Proficiency in reading campaign analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Previous work in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
- Light copywriting skills particularly for PPC and social platforms.
