Financial Services Coordinator

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and managing project budgets. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly project payments and reconcile accounts.
- Pay vouchers and maintain accurate financial records.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with federal funding guidelines.
- Maintain inventory records and perform data entry tasks.
- Prepare daily cash reports and compile project reports for management.
- Assist with the administration of the Capital Improvement Program, including setup and closure of jobs.
- Serve as backup for credit card processing, reconciliations, and receptionist duties.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of accounting experience. Proficiency in bookkeeping, standard office equipment operation, and computer software is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with vendors, suppliers, and City employees.
