About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to assist with daily operations, including registering patients, obtaining benefits, and greeting customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily clinic operations, including patient registration, benefit verification, and customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless care
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, handling mail, and managing supplies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous office experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • A typing speed of 30 wpm with less than 10% error rate
