As a Client Services Supervisor, you will play a vital role in coordinating staffing needs, fostering positive relationships with patients, patient families, field staff, referral sources, and other key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for matching qualified clinicians with local families that align with their skillset, background, interests, and availability while striving to meet business financial goals.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $40,000 per year, average bonus potential, paid rotating on-call, and a combination of base salary and variable pay. As a Client Services Supervisor, your responsibilities will include coordinating staffing needs according to branch location guidelines, managing and maintaining staffing schedules, coordinating orientation and training scheduling, coordinating work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions, coordinating shift back-fill activities in the event of caregiver tardiness or absences, maintaining an active involvement in issues of cost containment, effectively utilizing nurses when assigning cases, demonstrating an active and positive role in evaluating staff performance, and paid on-call rotation required- 24/7 on-call support to field staff and patient/patient families.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficient in English, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, team player, organization skillset, ability to multitask, and must be able to work after hours on-call schedule.
