The Center for the Performing Arts within the College of Arts and Architecture is in search of a dedicated and skilled individual to fulfill the role of Business Services Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in the daily management of the Arts Ticket Center, which provides ticketing solutions to various stakeholders including community members, student organizations, university departments, and entertainment promoters at multiple venues. The coordinator will oversee ticket center operations during events and ensure accurate monitoring and reconciliation of ticket sales for both internal and external clients utilizing the Arts Ticket Center's services.

This role involves managing the processing and reconciliation of all contributions (donations, sponsorships, endowments) as well as coordinating ticket allocations associated with departmental sponsorships in collaboration with the College of Arts and Architecture Advancement Office. Responsibilities also include providing and verifying member listings in the OnStage program for performances and the annual report.
The coordinator will maintain ongoing relationships with all donors and sponsors of the Center for the Performing Arts. Additionally, this role will assist the Finance Manager in processing, maintaining, and reconciling income and expenditure entries against various budgets and balance sheets in compliance with University policies.
The Center has developed a Power BI dashboard for data analysis; the coordinator will be responsible for collecting, managing, and uploading data from the ticketing system to support this initiative. The role also includes overseeing the artist payment process by ensuring accurate registration and compliance with contractual payment obligations.
Familiarity with SIMBA, Excel, and SharePoint is advantageous.
