Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Provide High-Quality Nursing Care:**
    • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Collaborate with nursing staff and support personnel to plan and deliver resident-centered care.
  • **Medication Administration and Review:**
    • Administer medications and review medication cards for accuracy and completeness.
  • **Individualized Care Planning:**
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • **Leadership and Mentorship:**
    • Lead and mentor nursing personnel to ensure excellent care and service delivery.
  • **Quality Improvement Initiatives:**
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • **Current LPN License:**
    • Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Washington.
  • **Knowledge and Experience:**
    • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, and regulations.
    • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
  • **Confidentiality and Communication:**
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident information.
