1st Line Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line Product Support Specialist to join our team at FRISS. As a key member of our Customer Excellence department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers worldwide who use our FRISS software.
Key Responsibilities- Manage triaging all support tickets and provide first-line product support to customers worldwide.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, clearly explaining expectations and offering quick solutions to resolve issues within SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure bugs are resolved as soon as possible and provide excellent service to our customers.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Science, or a related field, or relevant working experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in a product support department, preferably in business software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral, and another language such as Spanish or French is a plus.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and experience in the industry is a plus and can also be learned on the job.
- Competitive compensation package, including a gross yearly salary of approximately $60,000.
