About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line Product Support Specialist to join our team at FRISS. As a key member of our Customer Excellence department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers worldwide who use our FRISS software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage triaging all support tickets and provide first-line product support to customers worldwide.
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, clearly explaining expectations and offering quick solutions to resolve issues within SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure bugs are resolved as soon as possible and provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support, as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in a product support department, preferably in business software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
