- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, developments, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and procedures.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Expertise in project scheduling and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and building codes is a plus.
