Job Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to become a valuable member of our team at 4BBCorp. In this role, you will be responsible for various clerical and administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute New Retiree/DROP letters after adjustments have been made, ensuring they are properly filed in the Member database.
  • Process monthly retiree insurance premium deposits.
  • Maintain and update the DROP master lists.
  • Keep Vendor Lists current and accurate.
  • Facilitate contract routing through Adobe Sign for new management personnel, ensuring executed copies are scanned and distributed to relevant parties.
  • Draft termination letters related to pension contribution reimbursements.
  • Distribute annual beneficiary refresh forms.
  • Conduct payroll audits to ensure timely commencement of pension contributions for new officers.
  • Verify that contributions for DROP members are ceased upon their entry date.
  • Complete annual submissions for fiduciary renewals.
  • Assist with external inquiries regarding pension information, including surveys.
Work Schedule:

Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, typically between 10 AM and 3 PM.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
