Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations management, preferably in a facilities management or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing maintenance teams and developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Facilities management certification such as Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) or equivalent is strongly preferred.
