Key Responsibilities

As a NPI Product Engineer, you will:

  1. Perform actions defined by customers to complete component manufacturing documentation and obtain customer approvals
  2. Investigate and initiate corrective action on manufacturing problems
  3. Establish operating equipment specifications and improve manufacturing techniques
  4. Review and evaluate engineering changes and perform technical liaison functions
  5. Recommend alterations to development and design to improve quality
  6. Prepare engineering schematics and parts lists for system components
  7. Provide advisory support in the analysis and evaluation of production practices
  8. Lead specific and targeted product and/or process improvement efforts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience or equivalent knowledge
  • Familiarity with a variety of concepts within the field
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy, including competency in MS Office applications and technical computer modeling
