Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Assist with the management of ongoing and new account transitions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain the integrity of our agency management system.
  • Gather information for new business proposals.
  • Document all incoming business proposals.
  • Collaborate with clients and agents to facilitate the submission of new business.
  • Adhere to established sales agreements, ensuring timely resolution of both internal and external matters.
  • Engage in special projects aimed at enhancing sales operations.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who possess:
  • A minimum of one year of college education towards a BA/BS degree in business or a related field, with one year remaining.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively or independently while managing priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Capability to thrive in high-volume settings, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in researching and resolving technical issues under pressure and time constraints.
  • Strong customer service aptitude for both internal and external interactions, including handling challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being a plus.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License is mandatory.

Availability to work year-round: 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and 40 hours per week during the summer.

Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
