Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Assistant to join our team at TAIT. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our employees across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain end-user workstations, networked peripherals, and networking hardware products.
  • Provide technical assistance to associates via phone and internet/screenshare.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on a Windows environment.
  • Support peripherals such as printers, scanners, copiers, cameras, and mobile phones.
  • Troubleshoot LAN hardware and software, including file servers, routers, switches, wireless, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role, with a focus on troubleshooting in a Windows environment.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft platforms.
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
