Job Title: Manager of Corporate Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Corporate Communications to join our team in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a focused communications strategy, working closely with senior leaders and business groups to increase awareness and understanding of the company, its businesses, and key initiatives in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to drive business objectives and enhance the company's reputation
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and business groups to identify key messaging and communications opportunities
  • Manage and execute media relations, including pitching stories, securing media coverage, and developing media materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and thought leaders
  • Create and distribute communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and other collateral
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to senior leaders and business groups
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and thought leaders
  • English fluency, both written and verbal, required. Additional foreign language skills (including Mandarin) is desirable but not required.
