Meta UX Researcher Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team at Meta. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in designing and executing research studies that drive product development and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product teams to identify research topics and objectives.
  • Design and execute custom primary research using various methods.
  • Analyze and interpret research findings to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate research results effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Applied Research, or related field (7+ years of experience) or Master's degree (5+ years of experience).
  • Relevant experience in user experience, applied research, and/or product research and development.
  • Experience conducting In-Depth Interviews or Focus Groups and Concept Testing or Usability Testing.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, SQL, STATA, or SPSS.

$175,000/year to $250,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
