Sr. Manager - Social Affiliate Marketing

Join Icahn Automotive Group LLC in a dynamic role that combines social media marketing and affiliate marketing expertise. As a Sr. Manager - Social Affiliate Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our brand visibility and drive growth through social media presence and affiliate marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms, execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers, analyze social media performance, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Establish and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and sales, identify and recruit new affiliates, maintain strong relationships with existing partners, monitor and optimize affiliate performance, and ensure compliance with affiliate marketing policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with peers in the Marketing departments to ensure alignment of strategies and goals, provide thought leadership on social media and affiliate marketing, oversee activities and provide direction to media agency and other marketing agencies, and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with marketing department transformation preferred.
  • Customer service oriented, recognizing the importance of client services.
  • Exercises excellent professional judgment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage large, complex projects.
  • Adaptable to change in the organizational environment.
  • Demonstrated follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the services industry, with automotive or retail experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including regular travel to corporate HQ.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
  • Repetitive movement of hands and fingers, typing or writing.
  • Regular standing and walking.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequent travel.
  • Talk and hear.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle sensitive data, and multitask so that deadlines can be met.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage time efficiently with the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
