Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced media professional to oversee the strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis for high-profile accounts. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and collaborate with colleagues to drive integrated planning across various business units and channels.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing media plans that drive business results, managing the growth and development of junior team members, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans across digital, broadcast, cable, OOH, print, and lifestyle media channels.
  • Analyze data from various sources to inform media strategy, including target audience analysis, budget recommendations, and media channel optimizations.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of our media plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and optimize media plans.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, senior leadership, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage client budgets and facilitate the billing process with internal accounting teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning and buying.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from various reporting channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed and required by clients.
