Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated digital media plans and buys, collaborating with our planning team and account managers, and interfacing with our digital activation teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop comprehensive digital media plans and buys, incorporating multiple channels such as display, online video, search, social, and mobile.
  • Collaborate with the planning team and account managers to develop and execute integrated campaign strategies.
  • Interface with digital activation teams to ensure seamless execution of digital plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Perform analysis and evaluation of digital media opportunities, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Manage digital budgets and own the digital billing process as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve digital media strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital media role with a marketing company or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and platforms, including display, video, mobile, search, social, and programmatic.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build inter-agency relationships.
  • Comfortable speaking to mid- and high-level client contacts.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude to manage budgets, invoicing, etc.
  • Self-starter with initiative and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of tagging, tracking, and ad servers (Campaign Manager 360, etc.).
