About the Position

MA-Norfolk Pointe is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Management Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a critical role in driving business results and leading high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our property management teams and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-performing property management teams to drive business results and improve resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident retention rates and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property management, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of improving resident satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to property management.
