About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Zoho Developer to join our team at Mr. Shrinkwrap. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using various Zoho platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Zoho platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Deluge, Zoho Books, etc.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Zoho applications to meet business needs, including workflows, automations, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Deluge Scripting and API Development: Develop and optimize Zoho Deluge scripts, APIs, and extensions to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Testing and Maintenance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and regular updates of API scripting functions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively develop new functions and features to enhance software capabilities. Stay updated on Zoho platform updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to the enhancement of development processes and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum five years of experience in Zoho development, with expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho platforms.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting language, APIs, and customization capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex requirements and design efficient solutions. Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and team members, effectively.
  • Certifications: Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Developer, Zoho CRM Developer) preferred.
