Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, build, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business outcomes and demonstrate marketing performance and impact.
  • Manage key initiatives such as marketing mix modeling, attribution, and incrementality testing.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including marketing executives, cross-functional teams, and agencies.
  • Identify and implement frameworks to enable measurement strategies across multiple disciplines.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of marketing strategies, goals, and key performance indicators pertaining to all lines of business.
  • Translate business questions into appropriate analytical projects that generate actionable insights to inform strategic and tactical marketing decisions; present findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
  • Work with internal and external teams to understand and implement future-state, best-in-class measurement capabilities.
  • Ensure data integrity so marketing data is used consistently, conveniently, and accurately across all marketing programs and analytics.
  • Continually enhance expertise on the content, definition, and usage of various data sources, including digital, operational, transactional, and customer databases.
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mathematics, statistics, quantitative analysis, or a closely related field.
  • Seven (7+) or more years of applied analytics experience.
  • Three (3+) or more years of experience with digital analytics tools and concepts (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Three (3+) or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams to define, build, and implement strategic and operational KPIs.
  • Three (3+) or more years of experience supporting marketing initiatives like multitouch attribution, incrementality testing, and/or marketing mix modeling (MMM).
  • Three (3+) or more years of experience with leading and developing a team of analysts.
  • Three (3+) or more years of experience with data exploration, reporting, and visualization/dashboarding.
Preferred
  • Three (3+) or more years of experience with statistical analysis.
  • Three (3+) or more years of experience with leading/managing agencies/partners.
  • Master's degree.
