Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in analytics and strategy development. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 7-10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business, Economics, Data Science, or Analytics.
  • Relevant work experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will also have:
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven ability to influence through data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to manage and champion change.
  • MBA or Advanced Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or Analytics.
  • CFP and CFA designations.
  • 9+ years of experience within Management Consulting, Business Development, or similar experience.
  • Financial Services industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Principles.
  • Familiarity with modern data technologies.
  • Experience with consulting on artificial intelligence adoption.

Work Environment:

Candidates who live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ, and St. Louis, MO, home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
