Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Fosters a service-oriented culture through personalized and efficient customer interactions; utilizes customer feedback and team insights to enhance service quality.

Acts as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team to curate an appealing visual presentation that resonates with customers.

Ensures a seamless shopping experience across all channels by effectively utilizing available tools to assist customers (e.g., mobile point of sale, in-store and curbside pickup).

Leadership and Team Development:
Serves as the lead on the sales floor, promoting engagement in all areas through effective communication; guides the team to prioritize customer satisfaction and meet store goals.

Facilitates comprehensive onboarding for new team members and promotes an environment of ongoing development; provides timely and constructive feedback to foster accountability and action.

Assists the Store Manager in attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and motivated team, while taking charge of personal development and career advancement.

Visual Merchandising and Operations:
Supports the management team by participating in daily operational tasks and procedures.

Collaborates with key stakeholders to efficiently manage inventory processing, restocking, and product placement while adhering to visual standards; ensures timely and accurate processing of online orders.

Complies with safety protocols, maintains inventory accuracy, minimizes product loss, and upholds company policies to support store profitability.

Communication and Relationship Building:
Contributes to an inclusive workplace by amplifying diverse perspectives and actively seeking input from all team members.

Ensures that vital company information is communicated effectively across all levels of the team; shares product knowledge, current trends, and brand messaging consistently throughout the day.

Provides valuable insights regarding customer experiences and communicates feedback to the Visual Merchandising and Store Management teams.

Encourages a culture of growth by dedicating time to discuss personal development with team members; proactively sets goals, delivers feedback, and invests in the success of all team members.

Qualifications:
Passion for the brand

Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within retail

Strong merchandising skills with a proven track record of achieving financial objectives

Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture talent

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Desire to learn and advance within the organization
