Job Overview:

The Clinical Laboratory Specialist is responsible for executing, interpreting, and correlating clinical laboratory analyses by adhering to established protocols to support physicians in diagnosing and treating various health conditions.

This role requires advanced problem-solving capabilities to address clinical and instrumentation challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, AND successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a technologist in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • ASCP or equivalent categorical/generalist certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to embody H3W Leadership behaviors and act as a strong H3W ambassador.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) along with effective leadership qualities.

Must adhere to OSHA and relevant regulatory standards by following established protocols to maintain a safe laboratory environment and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
