We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Field Inspection Manager at the Disability Service Provider Network. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our roadside facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners and providers within the WisDOT network.
- Conduct regular onsite inspections of WisDOT facilities to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for continuous quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with WisDOT and provider teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve contract deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with agreements, policies, and procedures for DSPN and WisDOT, and apply this knowledge to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop recommendations for implementation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, or other PDF writing software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
