Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, agency team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth.
