Job Title: Project Manager

A prominent virtual event organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and management of projects, ensuring that all aspects are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with founders, team members, vendors, and partners to guarantee project success
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project parameters
  • Establish clear objectives, resources, and guidance for tasks
  • Develop thorough project plans, lead teams, and monitor progress
  • Offer continuous support to team members, vendors, and partners
  • Track project advancement and provide updates on timelines, deliverables, and financials
  • Implement necessary project modifications and interventions
  • Assess project outcomes and manage both internal and external teams
  • Formulate and oversee production timelines while liaising with clients
  • Design standard operating procedures for the production division

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in project management
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree required
