Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Changes and Inquiries: Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Claims Processing: Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Underwriter Coordination: Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Insurance Experience: Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000.00 per year, as well as a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.

We are an independent contractor-owned agency, and our employees are not employees of State Farm. Our office is open from 9 am to 5:30 pm, and we are located in Colorado Springs.
