As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for taking room service orders over the phone, answering questions on menu selections, and checking with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take room service orders over the phone and respond to guest inquiries
  • Answer questions on menu selections and check with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders
  • Notify guests and management of delays in service delivery and communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day and record transactions in the MICROS system
  • Complete all closing reports, including MICROS reports, and process all payment methods
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
