Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Program Manager to join our team at Recology. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Operations to ensure effective communication with customer service teams
  • Collaborate with Communications on website enhancements and internal/external communications
  • Analyze customer surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with strategic planning and execution of the organization's customer experience vision

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in customer service within the resource recovery or related industry
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Salary Range: $104,560 - $130,700 based on experience and location.
