Job Description

  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customers' inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You'll also be responsible for processing POS transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining store displays and visual merchandising.
  • In addition, you'll contribute to the achievement of sales targets, participate in visual merchandising efforts, and assist with ongoing training and development programs.
  • You'll also be required to follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer data protection and security.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • You should also have a strong understanding of fashion trends and styles, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A background in retail sales or customer service would be beneficial, but not essential.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
