Job Title: Contact Center Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Representatives. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Document customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
